The Villas of Hudson is a Homeowners’ Association Community
established in 1995 on 13.4 acres on Cutler Lane within the City
of Hudson. It is comprised of 64 homes in 16 buildings which are
surrounded by landscaped common property and is served by
private roads.

The Villas of Hudson Homeowners’ Association is a private
organization governed by the recorded Declarations and
Bylaws. A Board of Directors, elected by the Home Owners for
staggered two-year terms, manages Association affairs. The
Board members serve without compensation and are responsible
for making the decisions affecting the Association Property.
Board meetings are open to the Home Owners and are typically
held monthly.

A professional Association Property Management Firm handles
the day-to-day management of the Association. The
Management Company carries out the Board’s decisions and
handles communications by and between the Home Owners,
Contractors and Vendors. It is responsible for collection of
monthly maintenance fees, obtaining bids for services rendered
to the Association, and monitoring these services as well as all
financial transactions.
