Bruce A. Cedar, CMCA, AMS, RS, is the President of KareCondo, as well as
an Association Manager.  Bruce is currently a member in good standing with
the Community Association Institute (CAI) and is involved in ongoing
education in Community Association Management.  Through this
membership Bruce has achieved the certification of Certified Manager of
Community Associations (CMCA), the designations of Association
Management Specialist (AMS) and Reserve Specialist (RS).  He is currently
working towards the coveted designation of Professional Community
Association Manager (PCAM).  Bruce’s formal educational background is in
Business Management, Finance, and Accounting.  He has spent over twenty
years in the financial services and wealth management industry and has
over fifteen years of management experience within that industry.  Bruce
also proudly served eight years in the United States Marine Corps and is a
decorated veteran of Desert Storm.  We at KareCondo believe that with his
over twenty years of combined management experience and acquired
business acumen, that Bruce will help to ignite the growth potential of
KareCondo and assist with assuring that a higher standard of
professionalism in property management is being provided to our
customers.

Ashlee N. Barringer, CMCA, AMS, is anAssociation Manager with KareCondo.  
Ashlee is a member in good standing with the Community Association Institute (CAI)
and is involved in ongoing education in Community Association Management.  
Through this membership Ashlee has achieved the certification of Certified Manager
of Community Associations (CMCA) and the designations of Association
Management Specialist (AMS).  She is currently working towards the coveted
designation of Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM).  Ashlee’s
formal educational background is in Business Management.  Ashlee has been
assisting with and/or managing associations for over seven years.  We at
KareCondo believe that Ashlee is a bright young mind with youthful enthusiasm
towards assisting KareCondo in providing the customer service excellence that we
strive for.

Brandi McBride, CMCA, AMS, is an Association Manager at KareCondo. Brandi is
a graduate of Kent State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English. She
has over five years of customer service experience in the financial services
industry.  She is currently involved in ongoing education in Community Property
Management through the Community Association Institute (CAI). Through this
membership Brandi has achieved the certification of Certified Manager of
Community Associations (CMCA) and the designations of Association Management
Specialist (AMS).  She is currently working towards the coveted designation of
Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM)..  We believe that with Brandi’
s experience and continued education that she is a valuable asset to KareCondo
and to those associations which she manages.

Dan Fronczak is an Association Manager with KareCondo.  Dan has over
30 years of property management experience.  He attended Ohio State
University where he majored in Horticulture.  Dan has been involved with
the West Shore Rotary for a number of years where he has served as
President several times.  He is also the Co-Founder and President of Friend
Helping Friends, a non-profit organization, which has been helping local citizens
In need since 1977.  Dan proudly served his country in the United States
Marine Corps.  He lives in North Ridgeville with his wife Barb and they have
four grown children and ten grandchildren.  We believe that with Dan's
extensive experience in property management and horticulture that he is a
vital asset to KareCondo and the Associations which he manages.

Shaye Painter is the Office Manager with KareCondo.  She is a graduate of Kent
State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Photojournalism.  She is
currently involved in ongoing education through the Community Association Institute
(CAI) and will soon achieve her credentials as a Certified Manager of Community
Associations (CMCA) as well as an Association Management Specialist (AMS). The
KareCondo team greatly appreciates that Shaye genuinely cares about helping
people in her efforts to solve their issues and respond to their needs.  We believe
that with Shaye’s experience and continued education that she is a valuable asset to
KareCondo and to those associations which she manages.

Barb Fronczak is an Assistant Association Manager with KareCondo.  Her primary
responsibility is to provide administrative and clerical support to her Association
Management Team.  Barb obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business
Communication from Capital University, in Columbus, OH, and she has an MBA from
City University in Bellevue, Washington.  Barb retired from AT&T, where she held
many customer service related positions.  Over the recent years, she has provided
clerical support to a company managing over 100 individual rental properties.  We
believe that with Barb’s extensive education and experience, she makes a pivotal
addition to the KareCondo team.

Cori Puleo is an Association Manager with KareCondo.  She is currently involved in
ongoing education through the Community Association Institute (CAI) and will soon
achieve her credentials as a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA)
as well as an Association Management Specialist (AMS)  Cori has over 5 years’
experience in customer service and 3 years’ experience in the medical industry as a
Medical Assistant.  We believe Cori's genuine interest in helping other people will
make her a valuable member of the KareCondo team.

Erica Vallen is the Accounting Manager at KareCondo.  Her job is to
process accounts payable and accounts receivable for the associations
managed by KareCondo.  Erica is a graduate of Akron University where she
obtained her degree in Business Management with an emphasis on finance
and accounting.  Her previous employment position was in banking.  Her
banking experience, focus and attention to detail will cause her to be just
the right person to process payables and receivables for the Associations
which we service.  We are happy that Erica is a part of the KareCondo team.

Margie Beamer is the Accounts Payable Clerk with KareCondo.
Margie has been an Association Manager/Property Manager for over twenty-
five years.  She also has years of experience doing the bookkeeping for a
local management company.  Margie has made the conscious decision to
step away from managing properties and only work part-time processing
payables for KareCondo in order to make herself more available to her ever
expanding family.  Margie, her husband and seven children have resided in
Stow, Ohio for over fifteen years.  Her children have begun providing Margie
with grandchildren and that's what occupies her free time.   With Margie's
vast experience and genuine love for the business, we are thankful to have
her on our team.

Jeff G. Ripple is the Reserve Study Services Manager with KareCondo.  He
is also a licensed Property and Casualty Agent.  He is currently involved in
ongoing education through the Community Association Institute (CAI) and
will soon achieve his credentials as a Certified Manager of Community
Associations (CMCA) as well as Reserve Specialist (RS).  Jeff’s past
professional experience is in financial advising as an Investment Adviser
Representative (IRA) and a Certified Senior Adviser (CSA).  He also has
over fifteen years of business management experience.  Jeff’s formal
education is in Criminal Justice and he holds a degree from the University of
Akron.  He also proudly served in the United States Marine Corps and is a
decorated veteran of Desert Storm.  Jeff founded a not for profit
organization, Mysterious Ways, which acquires, repairs and anonymously
distributes mobility chairs to those in need.  We believe Jeff’s business
management experience and financial background, and having resided in
Ohio for over 40 years, Jeff will be a great asset to KareCondo as well as
the communities which we serve.

Kalie Stanton is the receptionist at KareCondo.  She assists the KareCondo team
at the front line, answering the telephone and providing administrative support
where needed.  Kalie has over 2 years’ experience in customer service.  She is a
graduate of Kent State University with her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice.  
She plans on working towards becoming an Assistant Association Manager and
moving upward within KareCondo.  We believe Kalie’s genuine interest in helping
other people will make her a valuable member of the KareCondo team.


Andrew Dible is currently a Receptionist at KareCondo. He has learned that
starting at the front lines is the only way to familiarize yourself with the ins and outs
of a company.  Andrew’s formal educational background is in accounting and
business management. He is a graduate of Walsh University with his Bachelor’s
Degree in Accounting and a graduate of Stark State College with his Associate’s
Degrees in Business and Corporate Accounting. He has spent over 10 years in the
financial services and tax management industry and has over 15 years’ experience
in customer service.  Andrew’s primary goal is to be on the fast-track to becoming an
Association Manager.  He is currently involved in ongoing education through the
Community Association Institute (CAI) and will soon achieve his credentials as a
Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA). Moving upward within
KareCondo seems to be inevitable with the character built during this young man’s
professional career. He believes challenges can be some of the greatest teachers.  
We believe that Andrew’s vast financial and customer service background will make
him a valuable member of the KareCondo team.
