Edgebrook is a community of 89 privately owned townhouse type 1999
The 34 buildings feature two and three bedrooms with attached single or 2.5
car garages and rear decks facing the commons. Separating each home, the
garages provide an additional measure of privacy between the condos.
Many rear decks and patios face the Mud Brook Preserve and Stream that is a
tributary to the Cuyahoga River.
Bordered on one side by Mud Brook Preserve and Wyndham Road, a cul-de-
sac, Edgebrook is tucked away and still close to major arteries, shopping,
recreational and entertainment facilities such as Blossom.
With no through streets and abundant common areas featuring well
maintained landscaping and native and flowering trees Edgebrook is a quiet,
peaceful and enjoyable community.
